Saturn

and her moons

A celestial poetry collection shaped by feeling, memory, and quiet ache.

About the Book

A deeply emotional poetry collection exploring grief, longing, and healing.

About the Poet

I am a poet based in Kent, England, originally from Karachi, Pakistan. Writing is my refuge.

Fragments from the Book

What am I supposed to do with this sugar-coated sadness?
What am I supposed to do with my left-over self?
I devoured the love that you gave me.
I am exhausted with all the love I gave.

We are fooled by the idea of tomorrow.
Tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow.
It’s like a sigh.
It’s impending abandonment.
It’s waiting and it’s inevitability.
